JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Academic Head which includes the following:
• Faculty Coordination
• Time Table Management
• Lecturing Supervision

2) Institutional Effectiveness

3) Student Engagement & Discipline Control:
• Attendance Monitoring
• Student Counsel
• Discipline Control

4) Parent Interaction:
• Parents point of contact for Academic Issues

5) Strategic Growth Support and Business Development
• Staff Recruitment (especially for the Academic department)

6) CSR
• Active participation in Corporate Training and other Training sessions conducted in Schools and SME companies as part of CSR events.
• Suggest new ideas and strategies to the management for the improvement of quality and overall development of the organization.
