Print & Media Coordinator

An opportunity exists for a Traffic Clerk to join specialist in the Advertising and Digital Media area. You will be responsible for handling campaign contracts (artwork & media), formulating quotations and booking in jobs at DTP.

Requirements:
Matric
Diploma/Degree in administration or related advantageous
2 years experience in scheduling within the advertising and printing industry
Understanding of Digital and Litho printing background
Own reliable transport

Responsibilities:
Handling of campaign contracts (artwork & media)
Ensure correct artwork is available at the right time
Drawing up quotations
Quality control on all artwork received
Generate and completed job cards
Ensure that deadlines are met and that service is delivered to the client on time
Invoicing
Month-end reporting

Location: Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
Remuneration: R7500 – R8500 CTC (after successful completion of the probation period you qualify for a medical aid contribution and risk fund)
