Our client a printing production client in the Southern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Production Printing Manager – Printing Production. This person will report to the managing director.

Salary Very Negotiable to experience (including medical aid & pension) + Incentive

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Printing degree
• Experience in printing (flexo and digital)
• 5 Years Experienced in Supervising and management
• 5 Years Management of a team >20 staff

Job description
• Responsibility for the operational staff (3 shift operation)
• Responsibility for the operational machinery (printing & converting)
• Responsibility for the key performance indicators
• In charge for production planning, product quality, staff and capacity planning
• Responsibility for maintenance and housekeeping
• ISO and HACCP system
• Health, safety and sustainability
• In charge of performance monitoring and improvement
