We are looking for an experienced PRIVATE TRAVEL DRIVER to join the team of a well-known Lodge Group.
The Driver’s main responsibility will be to transfer Guests between points where required and ensuring that excellent Guest service is maintained at all times. This position is with main base in Johannesburg but frequent travel is required.
Key Focus:
Be available to transfer Guests when required
Adhere to 5-star standards
Must ensure that the vehicles are clean at all times
Responsible to ensure that the vehicle does not skip its service date
Need to be punctual at all times
Drive guests from point to point safely and obey traffic laws
Must maintain trip logs which give details such as passenger count, route details etc.
Must document down things regarding vehicle issues, route details, fuel intakes
Must conduct daily inspections and report any vehicle faults to management
Must be thoroughly aware of Johannesburg routes and can efficiently read/interpret road maps
Must be in full uniform when on duty;
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 (essential)
Valid license and PDP
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Hospitality / Tourism Experience
Salary Package: Market Related + additional benefits
Start: ASAP
