MSP currently represents a private psychiatric clinic based in Pretoria, seeking to employ an experienced, knowledgeable and competent Matron to manage their 60-bedded clinic nursing staff. The incumbent needs to have extensive administration and budgeting skills, and be able to manage in a high pressurised environment. The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position: • Diploma/Degree in General Nursing & Midwifery • Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing • Preferably a postgraduate qualification in Nursing Admin and Management • Proven leadership/supervisory experience • Knowledge of financial, budget, stock and change management within a nursing unit • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Psychiatric facility • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to ****@*****.***.
