The Problem Management Department is seeking a self-starter, motivated individual to join their team as a Problem Analyst based in the Cape Town, Head Office.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Proactively troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis for issues escalated
• Provide workarounds and drive resolutions with Development teams
• Maintain Problem Records and Known Error Databases
• Assist with User Acceptance activities
• Assist with Change and Release management activities
• Provide technical assistance to support teams
• Ensure Lab environments are maintained and always operational
• Representation at Technical Forums

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2-year IT diploma or relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Exposure to ITIL principles and processes advantageous
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale solutions and/or Fuel Industry advantageous
• Good written and verbal communication skills
