Process Business Analyst (Intermediate)

MUST come from financial services industry

Technical competencies:
• Business Analysis Discipline, Methodologies; techniques and practices
• Facilitation and elicitation skills
• Project management principles; Methodologies and practices
• Requirements modelling using UML
• Information Technology Concepts
• Business Process Design and Mapping
• Usability Techniques and GUI Design
• Presentation skills

Work related experience needed
• 3 – 5 years BA experience (consulting experience is advantageous)
• Strategic analysis
• Agile Delivery (Preferred)
• Business process and design (preferred
• MUST have financial Services experience

Essential qualifications:
• Matric and post matric qualifications
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree
• Certificates: Relevant BA certifications.
