Rpeports to Project Manager

Scope:
• The purpose of this position is to generate level 3, or as required, resource-loaded Primavera (or other platforms). Schedule Track forecast, project cost and manage internal/external orders. The Manager must be an experienced operator of Primavera scheduling software, capable of using earned value to calculate progress. Working with the Project Management and site project team the Manager will be responsible for the preparation of schedules and development of cost forecast. The person will gather and analyze actual project cost data. Project Controls is responsible for the schedule and cost forecast process.

Key Responsibilites:
• Ability to read and decipher process flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings. Be able to perform material and labour takeoffs based on conceptual design drawings. Create and maintain a Primavera schedule. Forecast cost using basic PMI practices. Create risk analysis and mitigation, cash flow, schedule, and costing information. Assist the Sales/Marketing team with technical and commercial support during proposal preparations. Maintain a library of historical and current schedule/cost data. Work within a team environment

Principal Working Relationships
• Reports on a daily and weekly basis directly to Lead Planner/Scheduler to deliver the functional requirements.
• Direct working relationship with Customer representatives, Quality & HSSE auditors and 3rd party inspectors.
