Maintenance of above infrastructure and software to ensure maximum availability of equipment/machinery for full use by production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Manage, implement and execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure 100% electrical & controls equipment availability and reliability
Initiate and drive continuous improvements of existing electrical and controls infrastructure in order to improve equipment life cycles.
Champion technical standards on shift in conjunction with team leaders and maintenance team.
Ensure appropriate training, documentation and assistance for new equipment installation and commissions.
Record, trend and analyse electrical and controls stoppages to identify problematic issues, with the aim to limit, eliminate or to improve on problematic electrical and controls infrastructure.
Management and detailed implementation of all electrical and controls projects on site.
Seek ways to improve, upgrade more accurate measurements on all instrumentation and international systems
Ensure availability of spares through adherence to inventory management procedures, timely planning of activities and continuous condition monitoring.
Provide effective backup for factory by performing after hour’s standby.

Matriculation
Min N4 Technical Qualification
Trade Certificate
Wireman’s License ( preferably )

Experience
3 -5 Years in a FMCG Maintenance role

TCP/IP Ethernet, Rs networks, RS5000, RS500, Devicenet, Controlnet and ASSI communication systems, Develop
