A large provider of project delivery and consulting services to the resources & energy sectors based in Johannesburg requires a Senior Process Engineer.
Minimum Requirements
• ECSA accredited Professional Engineer with a BSc (Eng)/ BTech in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Gold, Base Metals Sulphides (Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag and Ni), Platinum Group Metals, Phosphates, Coal and Iron Ore.
• Experience in Analysis of plant performance data, mineralogical data and ore characterisation, have extensive experience in the development and managing of test work programmes including laboratory and pilot plant campaigns.
• Experience in the managing of iron ore test work programmes especially magnetic separation techniques and flow sheet development will be viewed as advantageous.
