Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
Relevant work experience
In depth knowledge of Process Audits
In depth knowledge of VDA6, ISO, OHSAS and Environmental documentation, standards and controls
Sound communication skills at all levels – verbal / written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literacy - Windows/MS Office/SAP/IMSA/WEFI/TGN/IFA/AVON/Hyper KVs/etc
Total commitment towards customer service
Attention to accurate and sound information for presentation purposes
Must be able to work under pressure and when required additional hours
Be positive and a self-starter
Proven analytical and innovative approach to problem solving
Meticulous and precise record keeping
Must be able to read technical drawings
Familiarise with Invas Systems
Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct and compile audit reports for management
Present audit findings to management
Determine feasibility and effectiveness of corrective actions
Maintain VDA6, ISO, OHSAS and Environmental System documentation
Promote awareness of all above objectives
Highlight and follow up any out of line conditions
Conduct pre audits prior to external audits re-above systems
Ensure Management Dosiers kept up to date
Ensure regular safety meetings and minutes
Ensure strategies and action plans compiled for management
Analyse bottleneck processes and support production in finding solutions
Understand time studies and the impact on takt time etc
Must have a sound knowledge of tooling, bolting and components used in production processes
