Process Engineer. Aeroton. R30K - R35K. Manufacturing company seeks individual with a Scientific qualification. At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. At least 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or process validation. Must have had experience dealing with diverse staff. Co-ordinate all activity related to the plant's method of manufacturing according to the group procedures and rules. Work load and line balancing evaluation to increase productivity. Re-layout machines analysis to get optimum capability. Continuous improvement project activities monitoring and follow up. Provide jig and fixture for production to improve productivity. Prepare and control working instruction/SOP for production. Provide visual aid for critical manufacturing process. Provide require training to production operator for new process, features and options. Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issue related with production process on production floor. Set production process flow for new product. Prepare manufacturing KPI report to be reviewed with management team. Validation of all first production batches and changes to existing processes. Assisting with root cause analysis investigations in manufacturing. Liaison with relevant people regarding specification and officialisation issues. Evaluation of quality operating reports and liaison with Production for Right First Time improvements for quality and productivity. Be willing to work overtime and put in the time as required for production. Must be prepared to spend a large portion of time in the manufacturing area on a regular basis.
