Our client in the automotive component manufacturing industry is looking to employ a Process Engineer with a minimum of 10 years' experience in steel wheel manufacturing

• Experience:-
  • 10 years’ experience in steel wheel manufacturing.
  • Advanced experience in setting up butt weld, ring preparation, leak test and run out measuring equipment.
  • 10 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Advanced experience with fault finding on PLC and AC servo drives.
  • Advanced fault finding on hydraulic and mechanical presses.
• Prepared to work Stand-by and call-out
• Supervision of subordinates
• MS office, AutoCAD, CMMS, Gridvis, sick2 ,shop ware and asset care.
• Advanced skills in fault finding, teaching and maintenance of Comau, Kuka, ABB and Fanuc robots
• Project Management & RFQ’s (machine components & vetting materials)
• Report writing and presentations
