We are hiring a Process Leader for one of clients based in Gauteng. The successful candidate will design, implement and improve processes at their smelter and ensure all related standards are met. The minimum requirements are as follows: A Mineral Processing Qualification (BSc/BTech/BEng) in Chemical or Metallurgy engineering plus a management qualification such as a Management Development Programme (MDP) or an IMDP. Must have a minimum of 7yrs experience in management and process optimisation in metallurgical operations.
