Qualifications:
• Matric / N3
• Relevant 4 year Engineering Degree
• 10 years experience of which 5 years at Management Level
• Previous Mining experience
• Code 8 driver license (essential)
• Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)
• Computerized Designing Skills
• Project Management

Duties
• Metallurgical process development / process flow design
• Process optimization and support to existing operations
• Quality control and liaison with clients
• Operational duties which include health and safety of employees, environmental management
• Project Management
• Metallurgical processes design inputs into Feasibility Studies
• Management of on-and-off-site laboratory functions
