Process Operations Manager - Cape Town - Competitive package

Our Client, based in Cape Town is growing fast and is looking for a Process Operations Manager to
join the team.
The Process Operations Manager will oversee all operational activities relating to processing of sales
applications, across all functions within the business.

The role will be required to develop and
co-ordinate operational strategies, using existing teams and/or suppliers, for the purpose of improving
process, and ultimately service delivery to customers. To be accountable for achievement of budgeted
targets, business unit financial performance, workflow, workforce planning and all aspects of people
and process management.
Travelling will be required.

3. Operational:
Provide strategic leadership of short- and long-term goals through the use of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company’s mission and core values as a means to implement positive change and/or create organizational structure within the assigned business unit(s).
Lead operational efforts through subordinates to complete the administration of business processes and services to ensure the operations effective achievement of goals within the assigned business unit(s).
Define a future state vision for the customer on boarding experience, in line with company goals and objectives, and develop strategies aligned to that vision.

Requirements:
Formal Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
Experience:
5+ years’ related experience.
3+ years’ experience managing a cross-functional team, or multiple teams; or 3+ years experience in a mid-senior managerial role.
