Main duties and responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an excellence-driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Procurement and Fulfilment Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ordering stock, providing servicing and setup services on Company hardware and software products, ultimately ensuring timeous and efficient order fulfilment. The role includes quality assurance on products and the completion of relevant documentation and process management as part of the larger Company CE quality management system. The day to day duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Managing, recording and predicting stock levels
• Ordering stock as required, in line with processes
• Building relationships with suppliers and managing the supplier management process
• Adhering to Quality Management processes and ensuring record-keeping documentation is kept up to date
• Standardisation and calibration of devices (this will be taught as part of on -the-job training)
• Preparation of products, including the loading of software, preparation of hardware and ensuring this is sent for shipment timeously
• Identifying areas for improvement in order fulfilment processes as well as in products and services
• Quality assurance on prepared products and shipments
• Maintaining internal fulfilment processes and documentation thereof
• Following procedures in manufacturing and servicing
• Testing new releases
• Testing manufactured and/or serviced products

Education and/or work experience requirements:
The following knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily tasks and job
duties listed above.
• A diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Position is very administrative and will require great attention to detail
