Requirements;
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT S DESIRED ESSENTIAL
Grade 12/ Matric x
Procurement diploma or certificate x
Must, fluently, speak English, be able to read English and write in English x
Computer literacy
(Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email as well as excellent working knowledge of SAP and Valogix systems) x
Exceptional Communication skills (Verbal and non-verbal) x
Professional and presentable x

Responsibilities;
• Assist the Procurement Manager with sourcing of vendors
• Relevant filling and sorting of documents
• Assisting with stock requirements at the branches and head office
• Updating SAP
• Assist and keep detail files on non-conformance and material discrepancies
• Completing supplier credit application forms
• Obtaining suppliers BBBEE certificates
• Assist with local orders as requested by the buyers
• Maintain shipping and payment schedule on time
• Loading all order correspondence on to SAP order’s
• File management
• Taking messages
• Expediting of outstanding orders and update SAP
• Manage the attendance register
• Request for quotation
• Any other legally acceptable instruction/ request that may be required from you
