who can oversee all aspects of the procurement of Front of house Equipment and oversee Standards

relating to quality control and guest care within the Botswana lodges.

Mature candidate with minimum 4-years tertiary qualification in Hospitality / Tourism or other relevant

and minimum 6 years relevant experience in the Luxury Lodge Industry, preferably in General Lodge Management,

Food & Beverage Management or Operations. Requires proven ability to project manage, eye for detail, accurate stock control

and reporting, keen safari and lodge business acumen, budgeting, excellent supplier relationships and quality control.

Driver’s license essential and computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Office, CAD, Outlook and

Pluspoint/ Apex an advantage, as well as QS skills and experience.
