Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain management
8 – 10 years’ experience in Procurement
Extensive knowledge of computer related software e.g. Oracle, SAP, Windows XP, Microsoft related programs and LAN operating system.

Responsibilities
Review purchase requisitions and determine appropriate methods of Procurement.
Coordinate purchases within the framework of frame agreements including receive and evaluate quotations
Allocate placement between sources of material and services.
Administer all procurement functions.
Perform and maintain documentation with regards to procurement.
Manage effective relationships with suppliers and with other internal business segments.
Control the total process flow of purchases across the organization and Monitor and Follow up on Purchase Orders (Chasing)
Assist with the continuous improvement of all procurement processes
