Job Description:
Optimise stock levels to best service customers’ demands in the business units. Enhance cash to cash cycle (from time of Supplier payment to sale invoice), support business units in achieving growth and profitability. Drive efficient stock management process to reduce unnecessary stock levels. Manage and ensure well-functioning CRM system with excellent support to enable regions to provide accurate forecasting & historical sales data. Ensure smooth & secure outbound sales administration processes in the territories and oversee the rest of South Africa in terms of their outbound processes.

Position reports into a Deputy Head (Visionary with a pioneering spirit)

Position details:

BBBEE/Supplier Development/Preferential Procurement
Streamlining policies
Conduct due diligence on Suppliers
Strategic sourcing of suppliers
Categorizing suppliers (understanding which are the important Suppliers for the business)
Understanding Inbound as well as gauging with dealer principles.
Deal with the Buyers in the relevant branches
Inventory process management
Ensurance of the right product at the right time and place – right model mix and configuration
Ensure continuous and accurate communication with Suppliers and Regions within an efficient logistical process, NPIs, Phase outs.
Invoice payments.
Standard Price files reporting
Manage the S and OP process
Ensure CRM system is fully functional.
Manage the achievement of KPI’s (Sales record card reporting, ageing inventory, GCSS Claims overseen)
Provision of Sales Administration support to territories.
Completed reports for Sales managers/GMs (Firm back orders, sales to users, new orders intake, Sales Funnel Management (SLX), Inventory Management & Sales Admin processes in territory
Facilitation of business improvements in terms of cash to cash cycle & cost savings for machines.
Audits conducted

Job Qualification & Experience:
Bcom degree is mandatory; B Com (Supply Chain and Logistics) or B.Tech Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain
Inbound Supervisor experience or Sales administrator
Supply chain, SAP and CRM exposure
8 years including 2 years of SAP experience and 2 years of Sales Logix/CRM
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Navision and SAP experience will be beneficial
Must be able to think out of the box and have vision for the department
Problem solving and numerical acumen
Forecasting and analytical skills
Good communication ability between suppliers and Regions
Strong assertiveness ability
Risk management ability
Strong relationship building
Sound supply chain management knowledge.
CRM knowledge sound presentation and business communication skills,
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Analytical & problem solving skills, Knowledge of machine products and machine product structures
SAP Super user experience.
Up to date knowledge of machine Export regulations
