DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS A minimum of Grade 12 is required with 3 years stock control experience.Working knowledge of materials control and/or similar stock program is essentialExcellent product knowledgeManage/control the storing and issuing of all food & beverage stock, other consumables and durables.Receives goods and check for quantity and quality, minimum, maximum and reorder levels are maintained for all inventory items.Record stock on stock sheets – should be present at all stock counts and spot checks should be conducted.Rotates stock properly, ensures that stock is packed in accordance with stock sheets and that stores are clean and tidy at all times.Maintains effective working relationships and to ensure that the work is performed with diligence and accuracy.
