The main responsibilities includes:
Negotiating Contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and services
Managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement and store function
Planning and coordinating the work of purchasing and store clerks
Reviewing current process for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate
General administration duties relating to the site
Requirements for this position includes:
A relevant qualification in procurement and store management.
A relevant qualification or experience in contract management.
At least five years practical experience in a manufacturing environment
SHE training and experience at senior level
Experience with Maximo or similar stores management system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work unsupervised
