Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, At least 1-3 years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Engineering/Process experience, Program Management Experience, Quality Management (PPAP/APQP),Lean Manufacturing (JCMS),MS Project, MS Office
German language would be advantageous.
Responsibilities Include:
• Key interface between SDT and plant team, with regards to product/part changes.
• Ensure Change Management adherence to BOS
• Ensure robust Change Control as specified in PLUS
• Ensure that PLUS procedures (Specific Reference to Change Management), standards and instructions are understood and followed.
• Support AFM with details for changes as per Change Management Procedure, for costing purposes.
• Ensure proper product change management according PCR/PCO Process. Coordinate product change implementation and support the functional managers
• Maintain a detailed tracking list of all changes, Parts matrix / parts history sheet
• Co-ordinate BOMs per customer sample builds / special builds
