What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the frozen food manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Conceptualise new products
* Develop concepts and kitchen samples
* Sourcing of Raw Materials and Ingredients
* Product costing (Materials + Manufacturing)
* Technical sales to retailers

* Coming up with unique food concepts for the market
* Developing food concepts from idea to finished product and launching product
* Utilising best practices in Food Science and Cooking to develop delicious products
* Presenting products to retailers to excite them about the concepts
* Advantageous: Meat Product R&D

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R240K to R600K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
