Looking for a Product Developer for an inbound tour company

Experience and knowledge:
Three years’ experience gained in the product/reservations team of a tour operator
Good knowledge of at least 4 of the following destinations – South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya
Understanding of rates and commission structures
A working knowledge of Tourplan

Duties include:
Updating and maintaining lists and sheets
Collating and sending of internal Product Updates
Quoting, checking and amending packages
Rate checking
Tour Plan reporting on rate amendments and notification to Consultants
Attending travel workshops and functions
Hosting and setting up presentations
Research new product and exciting experiences
Requesting services for agent, staff and business travel
Product and destination support to consultants and sales team
Support to Contracting Manager when traveling
