PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – EQUITY

Minimum requirements:
• National Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with excellent relevant product, customers, markets and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of European quality systems, OE and Global glass coding systems
• SAP exposure to costing/pricing mechanisms

Duties:
• Liaising with customer and market to ensure correct products are timeously and effectively developed and expedited through the process
• Managing customer quality, product data and new part pricing with internal departments
• Managing and coordinating importation of samples with customers
• Ensuring system accuracy and details maintained
• Raising and maintaining relevant schedules and processes
• Actively participating in New Part Development team and process
• Advising and liaising with customers on new part development status
• Conducting of NPD price calculations for customers
• Managing customer quality complaints and Corrective Action log
• Interact with central and manufacturing sites quality departments
• Processing credit notes and retrieving signed credit notes from sites
• Managing activities to ensure all parts are timeously updated, maintained, approved and coordinated with regulatory authorities and affected manufacturing site
