Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in Food and Beverage Management / Qualified Chef.

5 years’ experience in product development of perishable foods or equivalent would be an advantage.

Knowledge of competitive market place information.

Understanding of ISO and HACCP principles.

Developing new products.

ISO & HACCP.

Product evaluations.
