Reporting to the plant Engineering Manager, the Product Responsible will be responsible for defining product requirements, guaranteeing an efficient & cost effective production, as well as compliance with client requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
• Generate required technical drawings to be given to production, in order to guarantee efficiency in production and to meet client requirements
• Evaluate customer’s specifications and execute 3D drawings and 2D drawings related with assembly
• Generate instructions and checklists of Assembly
• Renew Incoming Quality Control forms before each project
• Arrange and distribute all specifications and drawings
• Explain new assembly methods to Assembly Department
• Arrange Customer Question List/Lessons Learned list
• BOM preparation & definition of SAP material codes required to comply with the sales orders
• Monitor all new-started-assemblies and suggest improvements
• Create the list of materials indicated in BOM and inform Corporate Product Management Department
• Generate and follow the all SDR and RFI's before the project.
• Support production during Internal Part Purchasing
• Support Internal Suppliers, specifying criteria
• Detect possible failures and clarify cases. Solve assembly problems.
• Generate torque lists
• Monitor and generate all project plans
• Liaise with Quality, Warehouse & Logistics, Purchasing, Finance departments

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• University Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3/5 years of experience performing drawings of heavy industrial equipment
• Knowledge of materials and material properties
• Proven working experience with Solidworks and Autocad drawings
• Proven ability in supervising the compliance to Codes, Standards and Procedures
• Analytic, detail oriented, able to communicate efficiently with all departments and able to anticipate, detect and solve problems
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English is valuable
