Must have an excellent knowledge of the types of customers the product line deals with (Contractors, Industrial, OEM) thorough understanding of the dynamics of selling engineered assemblies
Provides products application knowledge, customer interface and develops, and executes tactical and strategic plans to support the product line's goals
Generates customer and technical presentations
Candidate needs to have a working knowledge of the overall sales function, customer channels, and negotiation techniques
Supports and develops training programs
Completes the reporting of new LVA product sales for monthly and quaterly needs
BS degree in engineering
5 - 7 years prior experience on product line(s)
Guidance and motivation of many cross functional teams such as Business System Development, Design Development, Outside Suppliers, Marketing Promotion - Product application knowledge ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans
Generate customer and technical presentations
Strong teamwork skills are necessary
New product development, strategic direction planning for the product line, and implementation of new product and services launch plans
Knowledge of SYSPRO - Strong Presentation and Communications Skills
Willingness to Travel into Africa
