Develop marketing programs for IPD for public and Private Sector. Responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve marketing targets and tactics. As product manager for IPD responsibility is to identify new products and manage product portfolios i.t.o new product introductions, inventory, pricing, contracts.

JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement IPD Marketing plan. Analyse industry and competitor activity, champion new product introduction, product cycle management make inventory and buffer stock and forecast decisions with supply chain, develop promotional campaigns, provide marketing and sales support to business units, manage customer portfolio to maximise value, develop relationships and work closely with sales, technical and customer base.

SPECIFIC COMPLEXITY (Describe major elements which makes this job more complex than usual)
Detailed product knowledge required. Must be able to implement pricing and product positioning strategy in markets where IPD products are applied, must be able to offer alternative solutions, especially when combating competitive activity. Detailed knowledge in businesses that are operating in is essential. Must be able to demonstrate thought and creativity in implementing marketing strategy. Must be able to show independent thought . Project Management skills required for timeous execution of new product launches, programs and activities.

.Education (Speciality and degree)
- BCom Marketing / IMM Diploma
- Infection Prevention knowledge / experience favourable.

2. Experience (Type and number of years of experience)
- Min 5 years experience in healthcare or similar industry.
- Min 5 years experience in marketing and product/category management.

3. Knowledge
- Healthcare / similar market.
