Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science
- Master's degree preferred
- Two or more years of professional experience in providing technical support or software development/testing
- SQL server experience
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of a scripting language
- Must have a software background
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The person in this position is responsible to work closely with designated customers to maintain fully-functional, highly available production environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve and communicate solutions to technical problems raised by customer.
- Provides support to and works alongside other engineers to create innovative products while supporting and troubleshooting on existing products
- Must have a strong ability to work independently on complex issues, and to collaborate efficiently with internal experts to resolve customer issues quickly
- Implement, test and document software solutions, product enhancements etc.
