QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification: BCom Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent advantageous
International purchasing experience advantageous
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to solve problems Ability to work under pressure and after hours when necessary
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills- ability to analyse data through the use of formulas and tables – a MUST
Ability to work closely with many diverse teams within the company on various levels of the organisation
Ability to troubleshoot any challenge
Able to work in fast paced environment
Strong organisational skills
Punctual and accurate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The incumbent will be supporting the product manager who is responsible for the management of the product within the Technical Pillar which includes; Diesel, Diagnostics & Software & Workshop Equipment
To assist with product & customer related queries
Assisting with daily reports
Assisting with promotions
Assisting with market analysis
Assisting with costing
Assisting with ordering
Assisting with stock rotation
To assist with back orders from suppliers
To assist in controlling Obsolescence Stock
To assist with stock profiling and allocation
To liaise with warehouse and assist with related matters
To assist with buy outs and to manage POTSO
Part Number Creation and daily maintenance of stock file
Performing other duties as assigned
