Product Support Operations Manager

Our client is in the Power Generation Industry and is looking for Product Support Ops Manager with dealer experience in After Sales CAT or CAT Dealer Experience


Overall product support responsibility for Power across all LOB’s and Southern Africa

Operational responsibility for SA product support team

LOB accountability of non SA product support portfolio

Liaison and interaction with Caterpillar line of business (EP, Marine, Oil and Gas

Liaison and interaction with other departments LOB product support team

Pricing programs including contract and sales bid pricing

Master data (Population register, customer details

Cat marketing programmes

CAT or CAT dealer experience in after sales

Good interpersonal skills

Customer focused

Business and financial acumen

Energetic and passionate

Willing to travel to territories

Knowledge of parts and service performance monitoring and control

Managers reporting to him - Product support manager; Regional service manager, parts supervisor
