Core Objectives
? Assisting the Product Support Team to develop its requirements, services and products and meet goals with internal and external stakeholders.
? Manage communication between internal departments and external parties, acting as a “translator” to incorporate Travel Industry capabilities into the bank to deliver on company strategies.
? Liaise between and report to internal and external clients and stakeholders, including Business Owners, BA’s, Project Managers and developers, throughout the analysing and development process.
? To provide information to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.
? Comply with FRG’s core business values and processes
? Improve efficiencies and processes on all Travel & Lifestyle systems

Core Responsibilities
Training
? Create training manuals for all Travel & Lifestyle Systems
? Upkeep of manuals and processes during changes
? All systems training for new and existing staff
? Assist Training team to put together requirements for other divisions
? Update any relevant stakeholders / team members when there’s changes on systems

Maintenance
? Day to day maintenance of all Travel & Lifestyle systems
o Supplier maintenance
o Content updates
? Travel & Lifestyle team support for first point of escalations
? Responsible to work with relevant Tech teams on bugs and smaller enhancements to ensure systems stays relevant and necessary updates are done in time
? Testing for any changes or new requirements that needs to go live
? Attend any system builds / go lives (monthly)

Projects
? Support the Senior Support Specialist with smaller tasks related to any System Projects
? Stand in during meetings for the team when required
? Present findings and recommendations to Senior members of the Team

Product Support for Online
? Work alongside Senior Support Specialist to manage all online supplier requirements
? Assist with implementation for changes, updates and new requirements
? Assist with back end requirement for campaigns / sales

Required working hours:
? Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
? Once, max twice a month system deployments (builds), generally on a Friday evening and/or Sunday morning (time required for testing may vary depending on the deployment). Either in Joburg CBD or in Sandton
