Our client in Bellville is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team:

Minimum Requirements & Qualification
Grade 12
Qualification in Administration / Business (advantageous)
ERP Experience (Syspro)
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
Advanced numerical and mathematical skills

Skills & Attributes
Suitable candidate will be responsible for :
Capturing of all data recieved from production admin forms
Collection of auger and chain production reports, operator reports and others,
Update all production boards, with production totals, and results of auger and chain departments
Chain & Auger pallet reports – 30+ per day
Maintain register, and control of all hand tools used for production floor
Assist superintendants with ad hoc admin duties, as and when required
? Compile relevant assessments on information recieved from electronic system, and present it to the department manager (daily, weekly, monthly)
Prepare relevant graphs / tables of all information for purpose of inturpretation
Identify / flag relevant areas of concern / inconsistent information recieved from JC system,
Investigate and report on delays / outstanding jobs identified from electronic system
Correspond / present relevant reports to relevant managers according to the specific needs / demands of each department

Knowledge / Experience
ERP Systems (Syspro)
Computer skills essential
Strong administrative and communication skills are compulsory
High attention to detail
Understanding of (Manufacturing) working environment

General
Availability: 1 June 2014
W/Hours: 07h30 – 16h00
40 hours per week before overtime (160 / 200 hr month)

Annual leave during shutdown period – Dec / Jan
