Leading Company is seeking a Production Assistant to collect data from the shop floor, and process reports of the status of the daily production.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary qualification – Mechanical / Production
English First Language
Advanced with Microsoft Excel.
Skills: Problem analysis and solving, strong oral and verbal skills.

Strong admin skills

Some duties – not limited to:

Collect data from the production, quality and logistics about production status, materials and shipments.
Review on daily basis the SAP appointments and consumptions,
Overview the production plan during the week,
Generate reports about production on daily basis,
Preparing work orders and giving them to production in line with production plan,
Closing the completed work orders via SAP
