Our client is looking for a PRODUCTION/CELL TEAM LEADER to ensure the production plan realization in quantity in a given time at low cost ad in conformity with the company's quality and safety procedure at the packaging lines

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for good maintenance standards of production equipment and technical training of operators
- Manage and animate the work of line operators and line picker on a daily basis
- Ensure that packaging lines have the right components and bulk at the right time in the needed quantities
- Enforce respect by operators of the quality and SHE procedures during production
- Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of Matric and Production related qualification
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- Computer literate
- Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required
