Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.
National Technical Diploma.
Artisan Trade Test Certificate.
8 - 10 years’ experience in the Auto/Truck Manufacturing or Production environment.
Organised, detail-oriented professional who has the ability to efficiently solve problems.
Strong computer, communication and human relations skills.

Supervise the daily operations and workflow of truck body production and repairs environment.
Responsible for numerous teams or divisions.
Oversee all aspects of inventory control, quality assurance and equipment maintenance or repair.
Must possess the ability to lead, motivate, and be a mentor to help staff achieve results.
Ensure that all employees are trained, engaged, and managed effectively through performance, talent, and skill development processes.
Maintain efficiency and productivity.
Drive continuous improvements, track metrics and ensure that production deadlines are always met and held to a standard of consistency.
Effectively interact with the production staff.
The individual must work closely with production manager, team leaders, and other supervisors to establish working schedules for their assigned departments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, enforce proper safety standards and encourage good housekeeping practices while maintaining records of departmental activities, performance evaluations, and staff attendance.
