Leading Engineering Company has a vacancy for a Production Foreman with solid plant / manufacturing experience.


Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification highly advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience in a heavy production environment
Must be able to read drawings
Experience within steel, metals will be advantageous
Own transport
Fluent in English and Afrikaans


Some duties:

Supervise 30 – 60 staff members
Attend meetings
Planning of all production units, and control of completed units
Scheduling of production
Raw material management
Material planning
Assembly of completed products
Management of operating machinery / forklifts etc
Monitor and control quality control standards
Report writing
