PRODUCTION FOREMAN – VIRGINIA, FREESTATE:
Our client, within the manufacturing industry, is currently looking for a Production Foreman for their manufacturing plant in Virginia.
Minimum Requirements and Experience for this position:
• 5 Years’ experience as Production Foreman
• Grade 12 / NQF4 Plus Tertiary technical qualification
• Maintenance schedule & planning schedule
• Weekly production planning with Business Manager
• Train production staff in efficient based production / manufacturing techniques and processes to ensure high and consistent levels of safety, quality and productivity
• Effective and complete running of Production, Technical, Industrial Relations, Safety, Quality and Training of employees in the Business Unit
• Manage efficient response in respect of plant repair or breakdowns, including all machinery, equipment, tools, etc., and take corrective action
• Health & Safety compliance knowledge
• PC literate and JDE experience advantageous
