WHEAT MILLING INDUSTRY

Our client a giant within the Food Manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified and experienced Production Manager for their Mill in Cape Town.

You will be responsible for the Production department in the Mill area.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective and efficient running of the Production Area
Support the lab
Provide technical and administrative support to other internal departments
Production Planning
Cost control
Quality Management
HACCP
Ensure that Vendor relationships are managed
Ensure that Assets are managed and maintained as per company standards


Qualifications:
Matric with Maths
QUALIFIED WHEAT MILLER WITH GMF TRADE THEORY AND TRADE TEST PASS
Working as a Miller for 5 years minimum
NQF4 – 3 to 5 years
