Our client a giant with in the Food Manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified and experienced Production Manager for their Mill in Cape Town.

You will be responsible for the Production department in the Mill area.

Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and efficient running of the Production Area
Support the lab
Provide technical and administrative support to other internal departments
Production Planning
Cost control
Quality Management
HACCP
Ensure that Vendor relationships are managed
Ensure that Assets are managed and maintained as per company standards

Qualifications:
Matric with Maths
MIN 5 YEARS PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE GAINED IN A MILL ENVIRONMENT
Working as a Miller for 5 years minimum
NQF4 – 3 to 5 years
