What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Defence electronics sector. All duties would take place in this context:

* Setup Production Schedules
* Staff scheduling of both fixed and variable labour
* Run production
* Ensure quality and regularity processes are complied with
* Ensure quality kept within stringent mil-spec standards
* Examine production processes and continually improve
* Reduce wastage, losses and out-of box failures
* Manage raw materials and spares
* Staff management and motivation
* Financial management

Background work experience

* 10 years management production experience
* 3 years electronics production experience
* Dip/Deg Electronics + Dip/Deg Production Management (or Operations Research)
