The purpose of this position is to provide quality products within agreed service levels at a cost competitive price with competent and empowered employees to exceed logistics, marketing, sales and distribution needs.

• Relevant tertiary qualification such as National Diploma, B-Tech, BSc in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering; Food Sciences / Quality etc.
• 5 – 10 Years’ experience in a senior Production Management role in a high-speed packaging environment (preferably bottling)
• Project Management experience preferable
• Demonstrable knowledge of Lean / World Class Manufacturing / continuous improvement
• Sound leadership skills
