A position for a Production / Farm Manager has become vacant at an established farm in the Breede River Valley. The job incumbent will assist the owner in the management of an agricultural unit consisting of vineyard and olive trees as well as with the production of olive oil.

DUTIES:

 Overall farm management consisting of - 

• Irrigation, fertilisation and pesticides management
• Stock management
• Quality control
• Oversee labour force
• Recordkeeping

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification in agricultural management
• Computer literacy in MS Office 
• Assist with WIETA audits
• Assist with olive presssing when required
