Production Manager (Food manufacturing)
One of the largest South African producers and distributors of a range of branded food and beverage products is seeking to employ an experienced Production Manager with at extensive experience within the food manufacturing environment especially in controlled production processes and optimised raw material stock levels to be based in Johannesburg.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have at least a Degree or Diploma in Production Management
Must have 5-8 years’ relevant food manufacturing experience
Must have experience in managing capital projects and be able to manage a factory unit
Must have experience in optimising machinery, equipment, plant and people
Must have experience ensuring health, safety and hygiene
Must be proficient in MS Office and SAP
