Production Manager required to take complete responsibility for production in established company in manufacturing industry.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
5-7 years in MANUFACTURING environment
3-5 years experience in managing large and diverse work force
Good working knowledge of Automotive Quality Systems, SHE, Plant maintenance
High level of computer literacy
Experience of welding and pretreatment of metal, general metal processing/ manufacturing

Responsibilities:
Managing and controlling production processes and output
Ensuring that production volumes, quality standards, cost targets are achieved
Driving implementation of processes for new products
Planning, budgeting, costing and capex responsibilities
Implementing initiatives to achieve and maintain world class standards for production, quality and SHE management
Manage, direct and monitor performance of subordinates to ensure that critical performance areas and targets are achieved

Salary:
R 35 000 - R 40 000 pm
