PRODUCTION MANAGER (SUGAR), MTUBATUBA (KZN), RNEG, CV
The successful applicant must have:
• BSc (Chemical) or an appropriate National Higher Diploma / B Tech in Chemical Engineering and/or Diploma in Sugar Technology.
• A minimum of TEN YEARS' experience as Process Engineer /Manager with exposure to Raw House and Packing Station operations.
• Experience in food safety standards and FSSC 22000 is essential.
• Experience in LIMS & Laboratory operations is important.
• Further Managerial or Leadership development will be beneficial.
• An ability to interact well with people is a pre-requisite as is a desire to fit in with the USM culture.
• Sound labour relations management and interactive skills.
