Our Client is looking for a Production Manager to streamline the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.

• Degree / Diploma in Production Management.
• SA Chamber of Baking Certificate and other acceptable production qualifications are essential
• 5 – 10 years automated multi-plant bakery production experience in an FMCG environment
• Strong mechanical/engineering knowledge
• Strong knowledge of bakery machinery & auxiliary equipment
